Search Parameters - Product List

The following parameters are visible to search for a part from the Product List:
Product Name - Optional – Will search for the product by its name or common name
Number/ Code - Optional – Will search for the product by its product number or material number
Manufacturer - Select box/ optional, Lists all manufacturers of parts
New / Refurbished - Select box/ optional, – will search on products based on their new status, with the following options:
null (Default)
NEW Only
REFURBISHED Only
Results - Product List
When a search has been completed based on a “product list” the results will be displayed in an enquiry table as per the example shown →
These results will scroll vertically if required and will provide the user with the ability to select a product to add as a new part. Note that the number of results returned in this control may be limited to 100 (system constant).
The details of the results are defined as follows;
2MT Product Icon - If the product is a 2MT product the icon is shown here
Product - The name of the product, The product number and common name
View Product - An “eye” button will open a modal over the top of this control to view this product.
Manufacturer - The manufacturer code and name
New? - An icon to represent either new or refurbished
Pricelist Price - The price for the product if known
Target Life - The target life in units (BCM) of the product
Add - A button to add the product to the asset. Selecting this option will open the “Add Part” modal
