The Account Information portlet provides general information about the account (such as the owner and lot identifier), details of the property that it relates to, AMR details and meter installation details.
Note the 
next to the AMR field in the example screenshot provided. This icon indicates that one or all of the AMRs assigned to this property are in exception or quarantined (hover over the icon for more information). For more information on exceptions and quarantines see Figure 81 and Figure 86.
