The File Processing option allows the user to upload both Water Meter and AMR CSV files (see Figure 77). To upload a water Meter/AMR CSV file or image zip files, click the
button adjacent to the water Meter/AMR CSV or image zip file field.
A window will then open prompting you to select the source of the file you would like to upload (Note that the file must be of type .csv or .zip, and, in the case of .csv, must have the same template layout as that of the template file).
To download the recommended template, click the related link found under the Template Files heading. Once you have chosen your files, click the “Upload and Verify” button situated in the bottom right of the page. To go back to the AMR Management Menu, click the “Back” button.
NOTE:
- If the file is not of type .csv or .zip, then an error message will appear indicating that you must select a file of type .csv or .zip.
- If the .csv file uploaded does not have the same layout as the template file, then an error message will appear, indicating that the uploaded file has failed validation.
