To assist with the customisation of templates, a selection of special placeholder fields are provided by default to facilitate the provision of recipient specific information.
For example, if you add the field ## CUSTOMERNAMESFORMATTED## to a template, the placeholder will be replaced with the related customer name(s) when the notification is generated.
Note: Placeholder values MUST be uppercase. Lowercase placeholders will not be identified by the system.
