Selecting the 'Forgot your Password?' link will take the user to a Reset Your Password page.
The user is required to enter some basic information (the same information that is presently required MiWater public).
Fields to populate are:
- Your Last Name
- Your Email Address
Selecting the 'Reset Password' button will submit the request.
Users can also navigate 'Back' from this page to Login Page.
After successful submission, including valid email address and last name, a message will appear with the text, “Password Reset Successful – Please check your email for a link to reset your password.”
Upon closing the modal, the application will return to the “Login” screen
For a failed submission, including an invalid email address and / or last name, a modal will appear with the text, “Password Reset Unsuccessful – Please check your email address or last name. If you do not have an account, select ‘Sign Up Now’.”
Upon closing the modal, the application will return to the “Login” screen.
