Selecting to Create a new Advice (Work Order) from the main menu opens a Process Advice form. 

Here you are able to perform a single work order against a meter/AMR regardless whether the work has been assigned to you through the site.

NOTE: It is better to use the batch advice section to ensure you do not accidentally perform the same work order as another field operator.
