A different variant view of the service request form is displayed for service requests which have been marked as completed. This variant view functions identically to the normal version with the following differences:
A new section group called “Resolution” is placed above the “Details Provided” section. This includes the following pieces of information:
Completed timestamp;
- User icon and name for user the person that closed the request
- Details provided by the user when person who closed the request was closed.
- The footer button to “Resolve Request” is now hidden.
The user is You are able to Print Request or select Back button to close the window.
