View Service Request
When a service request is selected to be “viewed” this will reveal a 'View Service Request' window. This window may overlay the search results described in Service Requests Search Results but may also appear from any other form where a request is selected to be viewed, including the Service Request dashboard and the Customer Dashboard.
The layout of the View Service request form is as follows:
- Request Summary - The overview of the request. This section is always visible and does not scroll. This includes:
- Request type in capitals
- ID control
- Date and time when the request was submitted
- The age of the request in days
- Address - The address supplied for the request. This section is always visible and does not scroll. This is defined as:
- Address
- Suburb / State
- Request coordinates
- Details Provided- A group section expanded by default. Part of the scrollable section. Contains the full details supplied by the user from the mobile application.
- Requestor Contact Details - A group section that shows the name and contact details for the requestor. This includes the following information:
- Username (*Note that this may also appear as a guest user).
- The supplied email address with an email icon
- The supplied mobile number with the mobile icon
- The supplied phone number with the phone icon
- Images - A group section expanded by default. Expanded by default. All images attached to the request are presented here as large thumbnails. The image can be selected which will load the same image in a new tab at full-screen.
- Location / Map - A group section to show the map / position of the originating request. This is centred on the location of the request.
The footer of the view service request screen contains the following controls:
Back - Button will close the View Service request window.
Print Request - Button will open the "Print" version in a new tab as described in Print Service Request
Resolve Request - Button will switch to the "Action Service Request" window as described in Action Service Request
