Selecting the Print Service Request option will always open the selected service request in a new tab, formatted ready for printing. This tab has the following elements as standard:
• Normal page header and footer
• All details from the “View Service Request” option fully expanded.
• The “Location” section is positioned below the images in this layout.
Where possible, once loaded, the browser should automatically trigger the print dialog for this page.
