Action Service Request
Selecting The Resolve Request button on the Service Request will allow you to close off a service request as complete. Selecting this option will open the service request in resolve mode. This contains very similar information to the “View Service Request” view with the following differences:
• Images and Map location is not displayed.
• A “Response” group is shown with the fields defined as;
- Comments - A free-text field that will allows you to specify details of the resolution
- Confirmation - A confirmation checkbox which must be checked in order to enable the Save Resolution button.
Upon selecting the “Save Resolution” button, the request is saved and the resolution issued to the customer user via the notifications system. (A notification is generated by the system).
