Service Requests Search Results

Service Request Search results are displayed in an “enquiry view”, based on the parameters specified within the Service Request search form. When the results are displayed, the second tab in the panel is activated, given the title, “Service Requests Results ([number])”.

You are able to alter the parameters for the filtering by re-selecting the “Filters” tab and changing these parameters. When this occurs, the parameters previously entered will remain visible.

The results displayed within the panel are defined as per the following:

  • Request Type - The request type submitted by the customer.
  • Customer - The formatted name of the customer as a user that has been supplied with the appropriate user icon
  • Address - The full address supplied by the user
  • Date Raised - The timestamp when the request was raised.
  • Status - Shows the timer indicator and indicates if the request is open or not.
  • Attachments - The attachment icon is shown, followed by the number of attachments
  • Operations menu

Behavior: The whole row / record displayed in the search results also functions as a link, highlighting on mouseover. When selected, this has the effect of opening the selected user in the “View Service Request"
