View Customer User
Selecting a specific customer to “view” will display a full dashboard for that customer user.
The purpose of this dashboard is to convey all relevant information about a specific customer to an authorised user, as well as providing a means to explore how the relationship with the user by “drilling down” into things like service requests and notifications.
Operations Menu
The View Customer User Operations menu is located at the top to the right of the Customer User Dashboard. The operations menu here is identical to the one in the Customer User Search results page with the exception that "View Customer User" option is not shown.
Information Panel
This panel provides basic information about the user and their account. The following information about the Customer user is captured and displayed here;
- Customer Name -If the users account is an Organisation, the Organisations name is displayed along with the Organisation icon
- Email Address - The email address of the user, identified with an email icon
- Mobile Number - The mobile number for the user, identified with a mobile icon
- Phone Number - The landline phone number for the user, identified with a phone icon
