Application Overview

The Application Overview panel within the Customer user dashboard provides an overview of the user’s interaction with the solution.

Information contained in this panel is as follows; 

• Pri. Platform - The primary platform used by the user. It may be possible for a single user to use multiple devices or installed app instances. This figure should represent the most frequently used unique platform by the user in the last 30 days OR the last platform used if last usage was more than 30 days ago.

• Devices - This space shows the number of devices that the user currently has the application installed on, with icons to indicate accordingly. It may be possible for multiple devices to be displayed here. This element has the tooltip text of: “The number of different devices by type that this user currently has the app installed on”

• Clicking Will open the Current Device Installation modal
• App Version - The GWCC application version of the primary platform / installation
• App Usage - The number of hours in total that the application has been used by the user.
• Notifications - An icon to indicate if at least one device has notification enabled.
• Last Active - The last time the user used the application on any device.
• First Active - The first time the user used the application on any device.
• T&C Status - The version of the system terms and conditions that the user has accepted on the
  device.
