The operations menu, positioned in the top-right of the Asset Manager control provides access to all of the functions, with group subheadings.

(Note, the options you see here depend upon your user roles and access settings).

These options are defined as:

  • Asset Operations:

    • Print Asset Summary - This functionality will take the content of the asset manager / dashboard and prepare a browser printable version.

    • Add Production figures -This functionality will allow an approved operator to specify the production figures for a specific piece of equipment based on its asset class. This includes actual production figures, estimates for past missing production and future production forecasts. This replaces the SAM1 “Update Equipment Production” functionality. More detail can be found here

    • Modify Asset -An authorised user is permitted to modify the details of an asset. More details here

    • Move Asset - The move asset function will relocate the selected asset, including its parts to another site. This will ensure that the asset’s history and production numbers are recorded separately against the new site versus the old site. More details can be found here

    • Add Image, Document or Link - You can select to upload an image, document or link against an asset - details here

  • Part Operations:

    • Generate Inspection Report - the generation of an inspection report for a specific asset into an Excel template that the operator can use as part of the physical inspection - More information can be found here
