tblSysEmailsCustomisation
To customise the email that is sent to a customer for different events, click the Modify button that is adjacent to tblSysEmailsCustomisation. You will be provided with a form that provides options for each of the different emails that can be customised -
- Email / Alerts Report: Add a customised component to the email alerts and reports that are generated for a customer.
- Password Resets: Add a customised component to the email that is sent to a customer when the password reset process is initiated.
- Registration Confirmations: Add a customised component to the email that is sent to a customer to confirm their registration in Aqualus Water Customer Portal.
- Registration requests to owners, tenants or agents: Add a customised component to the email that is sent to an owner, tenant or agent regarding property registration.
- Signup confirmations: Add a customised component to the email that is sent when a new customer signs up to Aqualus Water Customer Portal.
Click the Edit button adjacent to the type of email that you would like to customise. This will provide a form for you to enter a HTML snippet. The snippet that you enter should follow these guidelines -
- Enter plain text: At the very least, simply enter your message as plain text. This will be formatted for you within the email.
- Enter basic HTML tags only: If you do wish to enter HTML tags enter only basic formatting tags eg. <p>, <b>, <i>, <br>.
- Do not enter HTML, body, head or style tags
Enter the relevant HTML snippet and click Save. Alternatively, click Clear to clear the form of any previously entered HTML or Cancel to return to the tblSysEmailsCustomisation screen.
When you have saved a snippet you will be returned to the tblSysEmailsCustomisation screen. The HTML that you entered on the previous screen will be visible.
