  1. Go to the Aqualus Water Staff Customer Portal and select Menu → System Configuration → tblSysConstants

  2. Scroll to the showHelpButton, and showOnlineHelpMenuItem constants and set the values to 1 (Disabled) / 0 (Enabled)
