View Site Information
The Site Information panel displays all information about a site and its configuration to the user, along with a summary of assigned assets and parts. An example of how to access the site information modal is shown here →
To access Site Information click the View (eye) button on the Site Information section of the Site Manager.
Details displayed in the Site Information panel:
Logo / Image - A square image for the asset, presumed to be uploaded against the site previously. Where no image exists, a generic placeholder will be displayed. If the image uploaded as the logo is not square, it will be cropped.
Site Name - The name of the site followed by the site code in brackets
Site ID - The ID number of the Site
Company - The Company name followed by the company legal name
Open button - A button is displayed next to the site name that will redirect you to the Site Manager Dashboard.
Information Glyphs
These are similar to those defined in Site Manager (Site Information panel) but are formatted differently as per the example above. For each of these glyphs, there is no tool-tip when the user mouses-over the icon, since the text below describes its purpose.
If the Asset has some artefacts such as Document, Image or link attached - the above icon will be shown with a number below it.
Site Details Section:
This section lists all details recorded about the site. In the event that additional attributes are created against a site in the future, these would typically be shown in this section.
Region - The region name followed by the region code in brackets
Address - The physical address of the site, displayed on two or three lines as required
Site ID - The ID number of the Site
Location - The location latitude and longitude
Location Button - A button to reveal the location map of the Site Location
Connect to CRM - The text “Connect to CRM” and a button that opens a new tab using the hyperlink provided against the site relating to this site’s CRM. If no link has been recorded, this button will not appear and the text will state, “No CRM link recorded”
Location button -
When clicked, the location controller will display an overlay of the position on top of the panel surface as per the example shown to the right →
This control stays visible until you click away from the controller or button.
Note; that the map area is a standard map control and allows you to perform simple mouse-based gestures to pan and zoom.
Pits Group -
The pits group is a standard details table listing the pits assigned to the site. This group is collapsed by default.
The Pit panel contains the following attributes:
Pit Name - The name of the pit, followed by an ID number
Ramp - Ramp name
Strip / Seam - Strip or seam name
Pit Condition - Condition of the Pit
Assets - The number of assets assigned to that pit
Comments - Comments recorded against the pit. If the comments recorded are too long, the user can click on the “eye” button to view those comments.
Action - A “VIEW” button to connect to the modal described in Section “View Pit / Pit information”.
Sales Users Group -
The sales users group is a standard details table listing the sales users assigned to the site. This group is collapsed by default.
Footer -
The Site Information panel has Print Site , Modify Site & Delete Site buttons located at the foot of the page (when users permissions allow).
The Print Site button will open your browsers Printing page.
The Modify Site button will open the form in modify mode.
The Delete Site button triggers the “delete site” function, a simple confirmation modal is displayed. However, if the site has active assets against it, it cannot be deleted and the user should be presented with a suitable message such as, “This site has [number] assets currently configured. These will need to be deactivated or moved before this site can be deleted.
