Historic Requests

Historic Requests

This default view will show all requests for a user as well as navigation elements that will allow the user create new
requests.

For guests, it is still possible for the system to track a specific client installation as being the originator of a request
and therefore to show historic requests and their status. However, some request types such as “Reading Not
Right” will not be available to these users since they must be bound to a specific water meter and registered
account.

Title - Your Request History
Create Request Button - A button in the top left of the layout which will allow the user to create a new request
Submitted Requests Group - A group that lists individual requests which have not yet been marked as complete by GWCC officers. This list is ordered by date descending.
Request - An individual request will show the following information within a selectable item\
- A suitable “incomplete” icon
- The request ID number
- The date the request was submitted
- The friendly name of the request type

Each item will have a navigation chevron to indicate it can be selected

Raise New request - A button which duplicates the functionality of the same button in the header
Completed Requests Group - A group that lists individual requests which have marked as complete by GWCC officers. This group is collapsed by default but can be expanded by the user. This list is ordered by date descending.
Request - The functionality for these requests are the same as for incomplete requests. The icon shown is a green tick.
