Create Asset

When an authorised user calls the “Create Asset” modal, the form is loaded as per this example →

 

  • Name - The displayed asset name*

  • Asset Type - The type of asset*

  • Manufacturer - The manufacturer of this asset*

  • Model - The model type of the asset*

  • Site - The site the asset to assigned*

  • Pit - The Pit the asset is located

  • Primary Image - Image displayed as the asset’s logo

  • Production Metric - The unit used for production measurement

  • Starting Production - The starting production value recorded against this asset

  • Start Date - The date of starting production value recorded against this asset

*Mandatory fields.

 

Save asset button is located in the footer of the screen:

 

Asset Specific fields-

Depending on the Asset Type - you can configure a number of fields that are Asset -Specific. This is managed through the system lists and applied when you select an Asset Type from the drop down.

For example, you may configure the following extra fields for a Bucket type asset.
