Process Advice

Here, you are able to search for Applications and Properties as well as create a new Advice without pre-populating data.

The Advice form will always have the top section displayed. This is for the Job data, application / reference and property information along with the type of job.

Based on the actions you wish to perform against the Meter/AMR, the form will expand additional fields requiring input. Additional sections include: 

• Old Unit_Archive
• New Unit_Archive
• Worker Notes_Archive - This section is always displayed and is usually completed alongside the Job Safety Analysis

For example; A Meter and or AMR Replacement will require you to populate the Old and New Unit Sections.

Fields on the Process Advice form are as follows: 

• Reference - free text or search using the  icon
• Meter Change - drop down containing the following options;
  • None 
  • Install
  • Replace
  • Reinstall 
  • Remove
• AMR Change - drop down containing the following options;
  • None
  • Install
  • Replace
  • Reinstall
  • Remove
• Reason - (For both Meter and AMR change fields) - Drop down field containing the following options;
  • Damaged
  • New 
  • Not Accurate
  • Replacement Schedule
  • Stolen
• Property - free text or search using the icon
• Date - Clicking Opens a new form where you are able to select the day, month and year
• Complete JSA button - opens the Job Safety Analysis form (Usually filled out along with Worker Notes_Archive)
• Comments - Free text field.
• Private Meter? - Check box, only displayed if in context of the job - clicking the icon opens a window displaying information on Private Meters
• Network Meter? - Check box. only displayed if in context of the job - clicking the icon opens a window displaying information on Network Meters.

Controls: 

• Cancel button - closes the form and doesn't save any data entered - You are returned to the Main Menu
• Validate - Executes the validation on all fields entered and will present a new modal containing any errors and Warnings
• Save and New - Saves the job and moves to the next (if in context of a batch job). 

Once all required fields have been entered, select either the Save or Save and New buttons at the bottom of the page. This will validate all entered fields and produce a report

From here, select save. Once saved you will notice the Status of the Advice move from INCOMPLETE to COMPLETE. This indicates that the advice has been validated and is now ready for synchronization with the server.

Private Meter? 

This check box field is only shown when the Meter / AMR Change fields are set to either;

• Install 
• Replace 
• Reinstall
