Application Search

For an Advice, a reference (Application) can be selected to pre-populate the form.

This can be done by selecting the Magnifying glass icon along side the Reference field in the Process Advice Screen.

Once selected, the search modal form is shown. 

Application Search fields: 

• Application No. - This is a number provided to us as part of your council data (or “companion data”) allowing you to search jobs from your existing system (non-MiWater system)
• Date After - Opens a Select Date form
• Address - Free text field
• Type - Type of Job also obtained from companion data

Controls: 

• Close - will close the Application Search form 
• Clear - Will clear all the data in the Application Search form
• Search - Executes the search based on data entered into the form
