Customer User Search Results

Customer User Search results via Customer Management displays the following information; 

• Name - Customer’s name in the format of “[SURNAME], First Name”. Where the user account is marked as being for an organisation, the full name is shown in uppercase.
• Last Login - The date and time of last login for the use
• Account or Property - The accounts registered against the specified user, using data pulled from MiWater
• Platform - The platform last used by the user. Note that some users may use multiple mobile platforms, but only the most recent is shown here
• Notifications - If a user currently has push notifications activated on at least one device, a green tick icon will be displayed. If not, then a grey cross is displayed. The number of notifications (ever) sent to the user is then shown as a number next to the icon.
