User Lock Out

Whenever a lockout occurs, the user is presented with an information panel as per the following information. This panel will appear both at the moment when the lockout occurs, as well as when an already locked out user returns to the site.

 

The SAM2 lock out policy document details all the business rules for why a user may be locked out.
