Reset Password

Selecting the Reset Password option from any context (such as the user search or user dashboard), will display a modal control asking the you to confirm the reset of the userā€™s password. It should be noted that the password reset process is only triggered from the management portal, but is actually executed within the MiWater Public system via API. As a result, the email which is sent to the user with the reset details will actually come from MiWater.



The following should be noted about this form

  • The content shared with the staff user should be able to be customised within the system by an administrator.
  • The staff user must select the checkbox as per the example before the form can be submitted.
  • The ā€œReset Passwordā€ button will only appear after the checkbox has been checked.
