Commit Change-Out

Once you have made all the part changes and saved, be them:

Adding Parts, Removing Parts, Regrouping, replacing parts etc…

You are returned to the Asset Bulk Part Change screen with the Parts Controller Section showing Changes to be saved in the far right column. An example of which is here →

 

Changes to be Saved

When the user has made changes to one of the parts the “Changes (to be saved)” column will summarise these changes with an appropriate icon. These are defined as follows:

You will note that the Commit Change-Out button is now enabled, as well as a Cancel Change -out button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you click Commit Change out you will see the Confirmation pop up which states how many parts you are changing and asks you confirm in order to save the changes. (More information below).

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you decide against making the changes and do not want to continue with the Change out, click the Cancel Change-Out button - you are presented with a confirmation pop up requiring you to confirm the cancellation of the changes to the parts.

 

 

 

 

Commit Change - Out

This function will commit all of the changes made to the parts in the Bulk Part Changeout function in a single transaction.

Until this function is called, the changes made by the user are not permanently stored.

Once called, a confirmation modal as above will be displayed.

Once the user confirms these changes, the save animation will be displayed, the modal will close and the user will be redirected back to this asset’s asset manager / dashboard
